I have been to a few dentists in my life, but never as professional and competent as Oksana at Advanced Care Dentistry. She will not let you leave until the work she performed is absolutely perfect! They do same day crowns, and make them in their office. Also, they seem to have the newest and latest technology. I visited Advanced Care Dental after fracturing a tooth and had an exceptional experience with both Dr. Alexander Hellge and Dr. Oksana Hellge. They are not only warm, upbeat, and incredibly likeable but also highly skilled professionals. Their expertise and commitment to staying current with the latest dental technologies were evident throughout my treatment.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and dedication to delivering the best possible results. They worked seamlessly with their specialized dental implant partners to provide me with a new tooth that is both aesthetically beautiful and functionally perfect—no shortcuts, just quality care.

Very experienced dental team at this location with decades of academia and on the ground skill sets which sets them apart from regular dental practices.  High focus and reliance on the latest technology and machines leads to high level of timely care. I am a new patient at Advanced Care Dentistry in DC Ranch. Initially, I underwent a cleaning and general evaluation. I had complications from a root canal treatment performed in another country. Dr. Hellge provided excellent and successful treatment, it was exceptional, showcasing the outstanding level of care. Remarkably, I experienced no pain during or after the procedure. The necessary crown work was completed in the same visit, eliminating the need for the temporary crown. I have remained pain-free ever since.
Dr. He’ll he’s devotion to perfection is evident - she demonstrated excessive knowledge, patience, and a commitment to excellent results. The oral exam I received was the most comprehensive I’ve ever had. She consistently uses state-of-art technology and equipment during office visits, ensuring outstanding care.
Furthermore, Dr.Hellge is highly informative, educating me every aspect of the procedures both before and after they were completed.
If you are looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Hellge’s Advanced Care Dentistry.

I just had a crown on my tooth come loose on a Saturday morning and had a wedding that afternoon I was attending.  I searched for Dentists open on Saturday mornings and only found one.  I called and the Dentist asked if I could be there by 11 am which was a miracle.  I arrived and the care and details provided to explain the process put me in a relaxed state.  I have never received such care and attention.  I Never had any discomfort during the procedure and was pain free for the wedding and ever since.  I will be joining as a patient at Advanced Care Dentistry as they are a superb team and the best I have ever experienced.

I am so pleased to have found both Dr. Oksana and Dr. Alex.   Their office is beautiful; the staff is efficient and friendly; and they really care about the patient. Their equipment is state-of-the-art including a laser machine that is wonderful!

I have a chronic health situation and they always take that into consideration when doing procedures and are very concerned about your general health and how you feel. Dr. Oksana has replaced several cracked crowns for me (which they make in their office while you wait) and the new ones are so beautiful and done to perfection. She also just cleaned my teeth and it’s probably the most thorough cleaning I’ve had.  Dr. Alex has really helped my apnea without my using the dreaded c-pap apparatus. A simple mouthpiece that is specially made has made such a difference.
